A dynamic Business Development Manager is required to drive client acquisition and revenue growth in the recruitment and staffing industry. With a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing accounts independently, and building strategic relationships with existing corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and negotiation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure continued competitiveness
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 3-7 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales within Recruitment, Staffing, HR Consulting, or Talent Solutions industry
  • Strong networking skills with existing corporate connections (preferred)
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
