Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Planning & Execution
  • Lead the full lifecycle of campaigns from brief to reporting.
  • Work with internal teams to drive execution.
  • Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and client satisfaction are met.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Nurture strong partnerships with clients.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of each client's business goals and target audience.
  • Strategic Consulting & Brand Stewardship
  • Deliver strategic guidance to help clients meet their marketing objectives.
  • Ensure all campaigns are on-brand and aligned with the client's voice and market narrative.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Monitor campaign KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Analyze results to deliver actionable insights.
  • Revenue Growth & Account Expansion
  • Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with the new business team to pitch ideas and renew or expand contracts.
  • Team Collaboration & Leadership
  • Align teams and manage expectations across departments.
  • Mentor junior account executives.

Skills Required:

Strong communication and project management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.

Experience in account management or a related field.
