About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Benefits Program Manager to join our team at Roku, a leading player in the TV streaming industry. As a key member of our Compensation and Benefits team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing employee benefits and wellbeing programs that align with our company's strategic objectives.
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing key benefits-related data, identifying solutions, and creating action plans to ensure program offerings and delivery meet the needs of the organization and employee experience. You will also partner with internal teams, consultants, and vendor partners to provide analysis and support business objectives, strategy, and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement employee benefits and wellbeing programs that support our company's strategic objectives.
- Partner with internal teams, consultants, and vendor partners to provide analysis and support business objectives, strategy, and engagement.
- Analyze key benefits-related data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement solutions to address benefits-related challenges and opportunities.
- Communicate benefits information to employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement benefits-related projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
- 5+ years of benefits design and administration experience in a fast-paced, evolving, and high growth environment.
- Strong knowledge of local and global health and welfare benefit programs, including healthcare, life, disability, time away, vacation, sick, and wellbeing benefits.
- Current with new benefit developments, statutory requirements, employment practices, and industry trends.
