Job Description
The Senior Manager, Global Compensation and Benefits will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies across multiple countries and regions. This role will focus on driving business results through effective compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain and motivate top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global compensation and benefits strategies that align with GSK's business objectives
- Lead the design and delivery of compensation and benefits programs across multiple countries and regions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement talent management initiatives
- Analyze market trends and competitor data to inform compensation and benefits decisions
- Manage budgets and financial planning for compensation and benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 18 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 10 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful compensation and benefits strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
Estimated Salary: ₹3,000,000 - ₹5,000,000 per annum
