Global Payroll and Benefits Administrator

About the Role:
Delta Capita, a global managed services provider, is seeking a skilled Global Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join our team in Bangalore. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end payroll operations for multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities:
You will work alongside the Senior HR Administrator to manage payroll operations, develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data security. Additionally, you will be responsible for process enhancements, ensuring employees receive accurate remuneration on published pay dates, and coordinating year-end payroll processes.
Payroll Management:
- Manage end-to-end payroll operations for Ireland, UK, Poland, and other required regions.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data security.
- Implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Work with Finance and HR to ensure timely remuneration for employees.
- Coodinate year-end payroll processes, including tax reporting and compliance filings.
Benefits Administration:
- Ensure benefits strategy meets employee needs and supports business strategy.
- Benchmark programs to ensure competitiveness and provide regular updates on changing legislation and market trends.
- Responsible for all benefits-related communications and ensure benefits platform is regularly reviewed.
- Conduct regular analysis of current benefits schemes and usage.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of managing global payrolls, and flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs. You will also require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and manage time effectively.
Benefits and Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is ₹8-10 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
