Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of global payroll practices and regulations, with experience in developing and implementing payroll policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data security.

You will work closely with Finance and HR to ensure employees receive accurate remuneration on published pay dates, and provide support for vendor resolution and timely resolution of payroll-related queries from employees and stakeholders.

In addition to payroll management, you will also assist with the processing and communication of annual salary reviews, create and maintain salary bands for each grade and business area, and conduct reviews of external salary surveys and benchmark internal compensation.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that benefits strategy meets employee needs and supports the overall business strategy, conducting regular analysis of current benefits schemes and usage, and partnering with brokers to develop and manage benefits renewals.
