Global Benefits Administration Lead

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced professional for the role of Global Benefits Administration Lead. Based in Bangalore, this position offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading IT services company and contribute to the success of our benefits administration team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage employee benefits programs across multiple regions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with teams to administer various benefits, including global benefits administration, payroll processing, claims & vendor file SFTP, pension enrollments and updates, wellness benefits and group health insurance and medical benefits, pre and post pension payroll and active payroll checks, and supplier invoicing collaboration with finance teams.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR business partners, finance teams, and leadership.
• Manage and utilize tools such as Darwin, Workday, and ServiceNow for benefits administration, reporting, and analytics.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all platforms.
• Proactively resolve issues related to benefits administration with a focus on employee satisfaction.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure availability for urgent matters across time zones.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance employee experience and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
• 6–7 years of hands-on experience in global benefits administration, managing diverse geographies.
• Native-level fluency in English (both verbal and written).
• Knowledge of any regional language (e.g., Spanish, French, Arabic) is an added advantage.
• Experience in payroll processing, claims & vendor file SFTP, pension enrollments and updates, wellness benefits and group health insurance and medical benefits, pre and post pension payroll and active payroll checks, and supplier invoicing collaboration with finance teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to improving processes and enhancing employee experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead sessions and confidently address diverse audiences.
• Proficient in Darwin, Workday, and ServiceNow tools.
• SLA & KPI Adherence, Process Improvement and Compliance.
Salary Range: ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,500,000 per annum (based on experience), plus additional allowances and benefits.
