About the Role:
The Global Rewards Lead at Edgeverve is responsible for developing and implementing global rewards strategies that drive business results. This role requires a strong understanding of international compensation laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute global rewards strategies aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with global teams to design and implement compensation structures that balance internal equity and external competitiveness
- Analyze market data to inform compensation decisions
- Provide guidance on global compensation best practices to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with international compensation laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in compensation and benefits
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary Estimate: ₹20,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum
