About the Position:

We are seeking a skilled Compensation Strategist to join our Total Rewards Team at Meesho. As a Compensation Strategist, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing our Total Rewards Philosophy, which includes cash and equity-based compensation, employee benefits, and wellness.

You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Team, HRBPs, and business leaders to communicate our Total Rewards frameworks and identify problems. Your responsibility will be to provide data-backed recommendations for current compensation positioning, new hire salaries, pay increases, internal pay parity, transparency, and external market competitiveness.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will participate in compensation surveys to determine our company's competitive position, analyze data, and develop appropriate pay ranges. You will also conduct annual budgeting for people cost, create frameworks for pay increases, and ensure their effective implementation.

We require an experienced professional with 2+ years of work experience in Total Rewards roles, preferably in the e-commerce space and fast-growing Pre-IPO Indian startups. You should have excellent MS Office skills, particularly in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, as well as data analysis and problem-solving skills.

The estimated salary for this role is ₹30-40 LPA based on the job requirements and location.
