Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Benefits Administrator to join our team at ADCI - BLR 14 SEZ. As a key member of our benefits administration team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of global benefits operations, with a focus on equity-stock compensation, health, and retirement programs.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in human resources, with a strong background in process management, vendor relationships, and data analysis. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including Benefits Finance, Legal, and Global Compliance teams, as well as external vendors, to ensure program compliance and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and audit reports related to employee stock plans, health, and pension benefits, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and accurate data delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement solutions.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process maps.
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field.
  • Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
Estimated Salary: ₹10,50,000 - ₹12,50,000 per annum
