At Rubrik, we're seeking a seasoned Senior International Benefits Manager to join our Global Benefits team in Bangalore, India. This strategic role involves overseeing the smooth operation of benefit programs across EMEA, collaborating with vendors, brokers, and cross-functional teams. As the primary point of contact for benefits administration, you will ensure seamless interactions with employees, managers, and the People Team.

About the Role
  • Coordinate renewals, RFPs, benchmarking, and survey participation with brokers/vendors
  • Manage vendor relationships, compliance calendar, internal audits, and Workday configuration
  • Partner with stakeholders on processing renewals, benefit program implementations, and other areas related to benefits administration
  • Identify gaps and deficiencies in current benefit administration processes, recommend improvements, and execute changes
  • Administer employee benefits on-boarding, off-boarding, and monthly pension processing
  • Communicate with employees on Rubrik's benefit programs, including drafting and maintaining employee benefit guides and intranet microsites
  • Resolve queries from employees, managers, and the People Team through dedicated channels
  • Manage benefit, leave/time off, and pension programs in various EMEA countries
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with 3+ years in international benefits administration and analysis
  • Experience in benefits administration for key EMEA markets (UK, NL, IE, DE, FR)
  • Strong program and vendor management skills
  • Solid project management experience and ability to lead interdependent projects
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments with versatility and adaptability
  • Expertise in Google Sheets/Excel and proficiency in English
  • Effective communication skills and HR system knowledge (Workday preferred)
