Job Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our EMEA Commercial sales team as an Inside Sales Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling our company's products and services to end-user customers in assigned territories, primarily through outbound and inbound telephone and email sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve the database of prospects
  • Research new leads and develop new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails and cold calls
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and requirements
  • Provide additional information and answer customer questions via calls and emails
  • Support Field Sales staff and represent the company to customers and vice versa

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Vmware/Broadcom products and services
  • Understanding and good command of internal Broadcom systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
