Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Sales Executive to contribute to Microsoft India's growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, increasing cloud adoption, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and partners
* Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Negotiate complex commercial terms and drive deal execution
* Lead transformational renewals and upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth

Requirements

* 8+ years of sales and negotiation experience
* Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Finance, or related field
* Strong leadership and collaboration skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet challenging targets
