Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our API sales efforts in India. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and maximizing market opportunities.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in API sales and business development to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the Indian market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with existing customers.

Responsibilities
  • Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute commercial strategies to maximize market opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide market research, market intelligence, and key information on international market trends and competition to inform future export strategies.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 15 to 20 years of relevant industry experience in API sales and business development (India market focus preferred).
  • Skills: High energy individual with positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills; ability to work in a hands-on, collaborative fashion with multiple disciplines.
  • Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in contributing to the negotiation and closing of partnership agreements; strong leadership qualities, including excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹25,00,000 to ₹35,00,000 based on industry standards and location. A comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement plan, and stock options, is also offered.
