About the role

As Rippling expands internationally through EMEA & APAC, we are seeking an experienced Financial Accountant with a focus on international compliance. In this role, you will support critical accounting, financial, and close processes.

This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to Rippling's growth while ensuring effective financial controls.

You must possess a wide range of accounting skills, be hands-on, and have demonstrable experience working in a fast-growing company.

Key responsibilities

  • Support all accounting functions for Rippling International in both EMEA and APAC regions, ensuring compliance with Local GAAP
  • Have responsibility for the monthly close activities for international entities including reconciliations and fluctuation analysis
  • Help ensure that the business is maintaining an efficient use of resources
  • Engage in all financial processes and applicable internal controls
  • Maintain and update appropriate policies and procedures for the function
  • Actively develop and share best practices with the team
  • Exercise judgment and interpretation to help define procedures and policies to determine appropriate action.
  • Work closely and provide support to key business stakeholders senior stakeholders

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in a similar role
  • Experience delivering reports to senior stakeholders is essential
  • Engages and communicates effectively with colleagues, regulators, and other internal and external stakeholders
  • In-depth knowledge of IFRS, internal controls, and other risk capital management practices
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a complex global organisational environment
  • Ability to work with multiple deadlines under pressure
  • Startup mindset- comfortable working in a highly dynamic environment

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
