Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Employee Benefits Manager to lead our payroll and benefits operations for over 10,000 full-time employees. The successful candidate will oversee the entire employee benefits lifecycle, including compensation, benefits, stock options, and other incentives. They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the organization's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Benefits: Develop and implement comprehensive employee benefits strategies, including compensation, benefits, stock options, and other incentives. Ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Payroll Management: Oversee the entire payroll cycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing of salaries, bonuses, and other benefits. Implement system upgrades and enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, including tax laws, labor laws, and benefits regulations.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits administration, including retirement plans, health insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and other benefits.
- Communication and Reporting: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with employees, managers, and other stakeholders. Provide timely and accurate reporting on employee benefits and payroll metrics.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in human resources, benefits administration, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience with HRIS systems like Workday or ADP would also be beneficial.
Salary: ₹2,200,000 - ₹3,300,000 per annum
