Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring revenue targets are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client portfolios and develop strategies to maximize revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business decisions and ensure alignment with company goals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, including CHROs & HR teams and CFOs/Finance teams
  • Conduct regular business reviews to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address client needs
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in the insurance sector (TPA/Broking/Insurance Company), preferably in the H&B space
  • Proven track record of managing large client portfolios and driving revenue growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
