Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Global HR Operations Lead to join our team at One Quince. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end global HR processes that align with our business objectives and foster a positive employee experience.

About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires a strategic mindset, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a strong understanding of global people processes. You will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure HR processes are optimized and effective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end global HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and employee engagement
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure HR processes align with business objectives
  • Custodian of comprehensive HR policies and procedures that adhere to global regulations and best practices
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of Rippling or similar HRIS tools to streamline and automate HR processes
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by handling employee queries with sensitivity and professionalism
  • Address employee concerns and disputes, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to company policies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience of 6+ years as an HR operations professional, with at least 4+ years in Global HR operations and process optimization
  • Demonstrated expertise in using Rippling or similar HRIS tools
  • Strong understanding of Global People Processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment
  • A strategic mindset, with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals
