The Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead our Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR and Payroll operations, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize HR Shared Services operations using automation and agile deployment approaches.
- Advance HRSS performance, achieving service levels and financial expectations.
- Lead the HRSS team, fostering collaboration and driving results-oriented culture.
- Ensure adherence to Service Levels as agreed for respective processes.
- Work closely with quality teams to identify and implement improvement ideas.
- Review process performance, reporting dashboards on a regular basis.
- Drive regular governance with retained HRSS leader and core HR teams.
- Drive change management to ensure adoption of the HR service delivery operating model.
- Support team with complex cases, communication, and collaboration with retained teams.
- Support transaction processing and query management during high volumes.
Your Qualifications
- Significant relevant years of experience in leading a team responsible for managing end-to-end HR and Payroll Operations.
- Deep domain experience in HR and payroll operations and service delivery, including processes like Talent Acquisition, Workforce Administration, Learning & Development, Total Rewards (C&B), Talent Management, and Payroll.
- Experience in leading complex, matrixed operations teams and strong customer stakeholder management.
- Deep understanding of quality and compliance to local laws and regulations.
Compensation Package
This role comes with a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on your location and level of experience. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
