Compensation and Benefits Program Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Program Manager to join our team at Infosys in Bangalore. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs that align with the organization's goals.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and confidence in their tone. You will work closely with different departments and outside groups to create better pay and benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement compensation and benefits programs
- Conduct job evaluations and market analysis to determine competitive compensation structures
- Manage employee benefits like health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
- Communicate compensation and benefits programs to employees and guide them on related issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry changes and laws to ensure compliance
- Analyze data to measure program effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvements
Education Requirements:
A Bachelor of Commerce degree is required for this role. The salary for this position is estimated to be ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience.
