Job Description
This role will be responsible for supporting the overall Employee Compensation & Benefits and Total Rewards strategy at Gallagher.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop C&B policies and compensation structures that align with business needs and strategy.
- Implement comp & ben processes to support business objectives.
- Manage C&B processes such as budgeting, salary increment planning, bonus planning, and new benefits introduction.
- Analyze compensation reports against market trends and provide recommendations.
- Execute salary surveys and compensation benchmarking processes.
- Ensure compliance with current legislation regarding compensation practices.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide analysis and reports on compensation and benefits programs.
Requirements
- Growth mindset and ownership of projects.
- Strong problem-solving ability and data analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in advanced Excel and able to work under tight timelines.
- Ability to articulate complex ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Basic knowledge of India compliances in C&B.
What You Will Need
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
