This role will be responsible for supporting the overall Employee Compensation & Benefits and Total Rewards strategy at Gallagher.


Key Responsibilities



  • Design and develop C&B policies and compensation structures that align with business needs and strategy.
  • Implement comp & ben processes to support business objectives.
  • Manage C&B processes such as budgeting, salary increment planning, bonus planning, and new benefits introduction.
  • Analyze compensation reports against market trends and provide recommendations.
  • Execute salary surveys and compensation benchmarking processes.
  • Ensure compliance with current legislation regarding compensation practices.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide analysis and reports on compensation and benefits programs.

Requirements



  • Growth mindset and ownership of projects.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and data analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel and able to work under tight timelines.
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic knowledge of India compliances in C&B.

What You Will Need



  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
