Compensation and Benefits Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Compensation and Benefits Manager to lead our team in designing and implementing comprehensive compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in shaping our total rewards strategy, ensuring market competitiveness, and promoting internal equity.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional with 4-6 years of experience in human resources to join XHire as a Total Rewards Lead. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement compensation programs that drive business results while maintaining a high level of internal equity and external competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and administer all compensation programs, including base salary structures, variable pay plans, and equity incentives.
- Manage the annual compensation review cycle, including salary adjustments, promotions, and bonuses.
- Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis of compensation and benefits practices to ensure competitiveness and compliance with market trends and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to provide guidance and support on compensation and benefits-related matters.
XHire offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
