Compensation & Benefits Analyst

This role will be responsible for supporting the overall Employee Compensation & Benefits and Total Rewards strategy for Gallagher. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing and developing compensation policies and structures that align with the business's needs and strategy.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Implementing compensation processes that support and align with the business's needs and strategy;
- Designing and developing compensation policies and structures that comply with current legislation and India compliances such as PF, Gratuity, Statutory Bonus, and CTC structures;
- Conducting compensation audits and implementing necessary controls to fix gaps;
- Managing compensation processes like budgeting, salary increment planning, bonus planning, and new benefits introduction;
- Analyzing compensation reports against market trends and proposing necessary recommendations;
- Executing salary surveys and compensation benchmarking process;
- Ensuring that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation;
- Collaborating with internal and external team members and stakeholders to provide analysis and reports on compensation and benefits programs as required.
The ideal candidate should have strong data analytical skills, proficiency in advanced Excel (V-look-ups, H-Lookups, multiple if formulas, pivots), and good written and verbal communication skills. They should also be able to work under tight timelines, think out of the box, and articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
In terms of salary, we estimate that the annual compensation for this role is around $85,000 - $110,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
