Job Summary:

ScaleneWorks seeks a highly skilled Benefits Manager to oversee the management of employee benefits within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of benefits packages, governance, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Benefits Benchmarking: Support the Global Benchmarking Team with benefits survey submissions, investigate data issues, and validate the competitiveness of benefits packages.
  • Benefits Vendor Management: Manage relationships with existing vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Governance: Ensure benefits are governed according to the Reward Governance Framework, drive benefits updates, and facilitate approvals.
  • Day-to-Day Operations: Manage benefits processes, administer benefits, and respond to queries and escalations.
  • Total Employment Cost Analysis: Manage the benefits elements of the TEC analysis, resolve inconsistencies, and consolidate submissions.

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of experience in benefits management
  • Any graduate or postgraduate degree
