About the Role

Albéa is a global leader in beauty, personal care, oral care, pharmaceutical, and food packaging. Our site, Albéa Goa, integrates manufacturing capacities for Laminate Tubes for Oral Care, Cosmetics, and Pharmaceutical Markets & for injection moulded components for Tube Laminate Packaging.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer needs to meet business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with customers.
  • Provide annual sales plans and quarterly updates.
  • Coordinate sales objectives with supply chain, manufacturing, and finance teams.
  • Establish performance goals for sales personnel and monitor performance.
Accountability
  • Maintain and grow business, reaching sales targets on volume and profitability.
  • Guarantee good sales service and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain Albea's key performance factors, such as profit, working capital, and overdue payments.
  • Closely follow project activities and identify cost deviations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 10 years of sales experience.
  • Packaging or fast consumer goods experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in written and oral English.
Estimated Salary

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
