The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Building and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts to drive sales growth.
- Identifying and developing new customers to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maximising share of wallet through upsell and cross sell opportunities.
- Coordinating pre and post sales activities to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs to drive business success.
- Developing strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive sales growth.
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback to stay ahead.
- Generating leads through cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities.
- Handling customer queries and building strong relationships with clients.
- Qualifying leads by identifying decision makers and understanding customer requirements.
- Handing over qualified leads to the sales team to drive sales conversions.
- Maintaining and updating the lead generation database to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Achieving weekly and monthly targets as set by the business.
The Profile
- At least 1 year experience in a B2C Sales or Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative role, preferably in the Retail and Hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong networking and relationship building skills.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
