The Job

You will be responsible for :

  • Building and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts to drive sales growth.
  • Identifying and developing new customers to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maximising share of wallet through upsell and cross sell opportunities.
  • Coordinating pre and post sales activities to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs to drive business success.
  • Developing strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive sales growth.
  • Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback to stay ahead.
  • Generating leads through cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities.
  • Handling customer queries and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Qualifying leads by identifying decision makers and understanding customer requirements.
  • Handing over qualified leads to the sales team to drive sales conversions.
  • Maintaining and updating the lead generation database to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Achieving weekly and monthly targets as set by the business.

The Profile

  • At least 1 year experience in a B2C Sales or Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative role, preferably in the Retail and Hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship building skills.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team player with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
