Job Description for Sales Executive

The ideal candidate for this position will excel at identifying, qualifying, and converting new sales opportunities. By leveraging a consultative approach, this person will use their expertise to create and close new business opportunities with existing and new customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Business Development: Develop and execute a business development strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the customer base and increasing revenue.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong business development skills.
