At Cloud Counselage Pvt Ltd, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Professional to join our team. As a Luxury Sales Trainee, you will be responsible for creating new sales opportunities and identifying marketing activities/trends.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of Luxury Sales experience and a master's degree in management. They should be high performers, problem solvers, target oriented, eager to learn, and take ownership of their roles in the organization.

The job requires building a continuous lead funnel, filtering leads from marketing activities, facilitating clients' buying processes, and establishing enduring relationships with B2B partners like Architects/Interior Designers. You will also assist Senior Sales Associates in high-value deals, track and review actual sales results, and weigh them against set business targets.

Mandatory requirements include an uncompromising passion for problem-solving, excellent communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. Excellent analytical skills are also essential.

Preferred requirements include organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, ability to work under pressure, quick learning, listening, and trust-building.

Eligibility criteria include at least 2 years of experience in Luxury Sales and a Master's degree in Management.

We offer a competitive pay package as per industry standards or based on your experience and potential. The job location is Kanjurmarg, WFO, with a 6-day workweek.
