Job Title: Professional Sales Development Manager
At Smart Moves Consultants, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Professional Sales Development Manager to join our team.
About the Role:
- We are looking for a sales professional with a proven track record of success in generating new business leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be able to work independently, and be proactive in identifying opportunities to increase sales and market share.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing sales plans to secure new customers and contracts.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance data.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting changing priorities and deadlines.
Salary and Benefits:
$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
