
IT Services and Staffing Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to build, retain, and grow IT services and staffing accounts. This is a key role where you will be the single point of contact for clients, ensuring on-time delivery with Sales and Recruitment, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own key accounts through farming and selective hunting (upsell/cross-sell/new logos)
- Translate client goals into delivery plans, ensuring SLA adherence and quality
- Manage SOWs/MSAs, negotiations, renewals, invoicing, and collections
- Maintain a candidate network aligned to client demand, improving time-to-fill
- Track account health, pipeline, and forecasts, flagging risks and driving resolutions
Requirements:
- 1–5 years in Business Development/Account Management or BD in IT Services/Consulting or IT Staffing
- Proven revenue growth outcomes; strong stakeholder management
- Contract management, negotiation, billing/invoicing exposure
- Working knowledge of SDLC/Agile and IT hiring cycles
Nice to Have:
- MSP/VMS experience, rate cards, compliance/SLA governance
- Prior recruitment operations exposure (ATS, submittal quality)
