Key responsibilities include tracking follow-ups, monitoring outcomes, and generating reports on key metrics like conversions and account actions.

  • Technical Requirements:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel software is essential for data analysis and reporting.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word is necessary for document creation and editing.
  • Critical Thinking Skills: Analytical skills are crucial for tracking performance metrics and improving processes.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are required to meet deadlines.
  • Effective problem-solving ability is vital for resolving complex account issues.
  • Prior experience in customer service is mandatory.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills are required for effective customer interaction.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce and experience with Zendesk are highly desirable.
