Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Customer Data Platform Strategist to drive strategy, consulting, and solution leadership across customer data initiatives. This role involves shaping client engagements, identifying growth opportunities, and enabling successful delivery of data-driven customer experience programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Leadership & Strategy: Own the customer data practice vision, go-to-market strategy, and business development. Partner with sales, marketing, and consulting teams to define client value propositions and growth opportunities.
- Consulting & Solutioning: Translate business objectives into customer data use cases and measurable outcomes. Lead discovery, strategy, and solution workshops with clients. Design customer data architectures and integrations with MarTech, AdTech, and CRM ecosystems.
- Practice & People Development: Mentor cross-functional teams on customer data use cases, data strategy, and customer engagement. Contribute to thought leadership, POVs, and industry events. Build alliances with customer data vendors to strengthen ecosystem partnerships.
- 7+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or data-driven marketing.
- Strong experience in customer data strategy, implementation, or solutioning (Salesforce Data Cloud, Adobe RT-CDP, Twilio Segment, or similar).
- Proven ability to engage with senior client stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable solutions.
- Strong understanding of MarTech/AdTech ecosystems, data privacy, and customer experience strategies.
- Track record of driving revenue growth, practice building, or business development.
