Business Banking Relationship Manager

About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join 0797 Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft, Filiale Bangalore as a Business Banking Relationship Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building and deepening our business banking portfolio. You will be responsible for the acquisition of new accounts, relationship building, and ensuring compliance with our Know Your Customer policy and other regulatory requirements.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new business banking clients through various channels, including open market, DSA, own network, and existing customers.
- Build and deepen relationships with existing clients to increase business banking portfolio growth.
- Ensure compliance with our Know Your Customer policy, anti-money laundering policy, mis-selling policy, information protection policy, operational risk, code of conduct, and other laid down compliance norms.
- Provide regular feedback on changing customer needs to the Product team and Service Quality team.
- Report any suspicious transactions to the Area Manager and promote alternate channels and doorstep banking.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in business banking as a relationship manager.
- Excellent communication skills in English and a well-groomed demeanor.
