Business Development Relationship Manager

Job Summary:
As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing bigger and medium size Axis Branch, generating business from the Branch, and meeting targets. You will report to the Cluster Manager/Area Manager Axis Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with Axis Branch Sellers and meet targets through Bank FOS.
- Manage leads generated from Branch and convert into quality business.
- Adhere to processes, coordinate with Cluster Manager and Operations HUB, and ensure minimal customer complaints.
- Ensure 15-month persistency on track and implement a robust follow-up mechanism with customers.
- Coordinate with Cluster Training Manager to ensure bank staff is trained regularly on concepts in life insurance and new product introductions.
- Activate branch banking sellers and achieve activation targets.
- Ensure LMS usage as a tracking mechanism online and follow-up calls.
