Affluent Relationship Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Associate, Affluent Relationship Manager, Consumer Banking Group to join our team at DBS Bank.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver acquisition of qualified New to Bank (NTB) DBS Treasures clients through a need-based approach and drive revenue performance by leveraging product penetration opportunities.
- Manage and maintain the highest customer satisfaction and service levels through proactive client engagement and relationship management.
- Conduct events and activities to enable lead generation and assist NTB acquisition.
- Implement a needs-based strategy to attract NTB Treasures clients and actively engage them in new business opportunities.
- Drive incremental Net New Money (NNM) leveraging CA/SA/TD growth and revenue by cross-selling Insurance, FX, and Investments products.
- Ensure activation of e-Channels and Savings Book growth.
- Drive Cross Sell and PPC.
- Deliver exemplary customer service and uphold DBS service standards.
- Ensure internal and regulatory compliance through strict adherence to DBS sales process, timely risk reviews, and exercising due diligence while on-boarding.
- Embrace digital banking solutions and technological advancements to deliver efficient, swift, and precise services to customers.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in acquisition of NTB customers in Premium Banking/Wealth category.
- Sound understanding of financial planning and wealth management products in India.
- In-depth knowledge of local market and competition.
- AMFI/IRDAI/FEDAI certified candidates with BCSBI certification would be an added advantage.
Education/Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate/Post Graduate with MBA.
