Leadership Opportunities: Lead Affluent Relationship Manager Team

DBS Consumer Banking Group is a leading bank in Asia, dedicated to helping customers achieve their goals and aspirations. As a Team Lead - Affluent Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Affluent Relationship Managers to achieve exceptional growth in New to Bank (NTB) DBS Treasures clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of Affluent Relationship Managers to develop and implement a needs-based strategy for attracting and engaging NTB Treasures clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute events and client engagements to drive lead generation for NTB acquisition.
- Monitor and drive team performance to achieve targets in new client acquisition, revenue growth, and product cross-sell, specifically in Insurance, Foreign Exchange, and Investments.
- Foster a culture of digital innovation within the team to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing teams within Premium Banking or Wealth Management.
- Proven track record of leading successful teams in achieving sales targets and expanding client relationships.
- Extensive knowledge of wealth management products and the financial services industry in India.
