Roles and Responsibilities for the Relationship Manager Position
- Develop and maintain a database of customer leads and generate new business opportunities.
- Foster strong customer relationships and make proactive sales calls to close deals.
- Follow up on customer renewal data to ensure continuous business growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients across the life insurance sector.
- Provide regular updates to the Branch Manager on meetings and sales progress.
- Understand customer needs and deliver personalized services accordingly.
Candidate Requirements
- Preferably from the Direct Marketing Channel.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in Life Insurance, Retail Sales, Cross-sell Banking products, Fixed Deposit, Home Loan, Mutual Fund, or Field Sales.
- Graduate qualification.
- Age 24 to 40 years.
- Proficiency in English and any regional language.
- CTC Offered: 2.6Lacs to 5.0 Lacs based on Metro and Non-Metro Location.
