Job Title: Business Banking Relationship Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Business Banking Relationship Manager to join our team at DBS Bank. As a key member of our SME Banking team, you will be responsible for sourcing and building a diversified portfolio of assets within the IBG 4 segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source new asset relationships within the IBG 4 segment, aligned to bank lending policy.
  • Ensure a good net interest income and fees across the portfolio, along with regular revenue streams through cross-selling of trade, liabilities, cash, treasury, and fee products.
  • Monitor and maintain delinquencies at nil, while implementing and executing IBG 4 business strategies to increase market share and achieve targets.
  • Build DBS brand value and enhance the network in the location through various marketing activities, collaborations, and events.

Requirements:

  • Overall 3-5 years of sales experience, with 2 years in SME/Business Banking lending.
  • Proven sales track record in asset business in the SME/Business Banking segment.
  • Knowledge of competitors and marketplaces, with market knowledge and experience in the SME segment.
