Job Description

We are seeking a Chief of Staff to work closely with our CEO on cross-functional initiatives. This is a true business generalist role that involves solving high-impact problems, managing key partnerships, and supporting HR and org level initiatives.

The role will involve working with different business functions to drive execution and deliver outcomes. You will collaborate with Sales on initiatives to maximise revenue, work closely with Customer Success to drive outcomes on critical KPIs, own and drive key partnerships, lead company-wide initiatives, and support strategic hiring efforts.

You will also design and maintain key business metrics and dashboards, ensuring accurate, actionable data is available for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solve high-impact, cross-functional problems that don't have clear owners.
  • Collaborate with Sales on initiatives to maximise revenue.
  • Work closely with Customer Success to drive outcomes on critical KPIs.
  • Own and drive key partnerships.
  • Lead company-wide initiatives.
  • Support strategic hiring efforts.
  • Design and maintain key business metrics and dashboards.

  • Comfortable with early stage startup imperfections.
  • Extremely high agency and adaptability to make things happen.
