Program Associate Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled professional to lead across operations, product, growth, and execution. This individual will be responsible for owning critical projects end-to-end, turning ideas into outcomes, and building systems that keep things running smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, makes decisions quickly, and isn't afraid to jump into anything that moves the business forward.

The successful candidate will have 1+ years of experience doing real work in a startup, ops, product, growth, or similar environments. They should be comfortable with ambiguity, have a bias toward action and clarity, and be able to make decisions without perfect information.

We're looking for a generalist mindset who likes doing a bit of everything and is good at it. The ability to build, not maintain, is essential for this role.

  • Owning big pieces of the company—operations, strategy, product, growth, whatever needs doing.
  • Turning vague ideas into shipped features, launched campaigns, or solved problems.
  • Creating order from chaos—building systems, processes, and priorities where there were none.
  • Spotting what's broken (or missing), fixing it, then automating it.
  • Keeping everyone aligned—whether that's running standups, writing docs, or just making sure the team's rowing in the same direction.
