Job Role Overview

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations
  • Training Initiatives: Overseeing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Employee Record Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records
Organizational Culture:

Collaborating with management to develop an organizational structure and culture that supports the company's strategic goals, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment

Communication Strategies:

Acting as a liaison between employees and managers to ensure effective communication, facilitating open dialogue and addressing concerns promptly

Essential Qualifications:
  • 0-2 years of experience in HR
  • M.B.A/PGDM degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
