Job Title: HR Generalist / HR Operations Lead

Location: Lucknow

Education: MBA in HR (mandatory)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Operations with 46 years of expertise, including 35 years in the BPO sector (Inbound/Outbound processes). The role involves leading HR Operations, acting as a Business Partner to management, and ensuring smooth execution of HR functions including recruitment, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Operations: Lead day-to-day HR activities and ensure seamless process flow across the organization.
  • End-to-End Employee Lifecycle Management: From recruitment and onboarding to exit formalities.
  • Business Partner Role: Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Talent Acquisition: Manage sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding for various levels.
  • Performance Appraisal & Annual Increments: Drive performance evaluation processes and increment cycles.
  • HRMS Management: Hands-on experience in HRMS tools for attendance, payroll inputs, and reporting.
  • Leave & Attendance Management: Ensure proper tracking, reporting, and compliance.
  • Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling: Foster a positive work environment and resolve employee concerns.
  • Team Management: Lead and guide HR team members to achieve operational excellence.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure statutory compliance, policies adherence, and accurate record keeping.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in BPO HR (Inbound/Outbound processes).
  • MBA in HR is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
