
HR Business Development Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our HR team as a Business Partner. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting business teams by executing core HR processes and contributing to a positive and high-performing work environment.
Job OverviewIn this role, you will be responsible for aligning HR practices with operational needs, ensuring consistent implementation of HR policies and processes. You will also coordinate onboarding and induction programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization.
- Support business units by implementing HR best practices and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
You will act as the first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances; support issue resolution in a timely and compliant manner.
Key Responsibilities- Implement HR best practices and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures across all business units.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding and induction programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees, addressing their queries, concerns, and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist managers with the performance management cycle, including goal setting, feedback, and development plans.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on HR metrics, including attrition, engagement, and productivity.
- Collaborate with the central HR team on key projects, including compliance, audits, learning, and talent reviews.
- 3-7 years of experience in a generalist or HRBP support role with exposure to core HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships across levels.
- Experience in managing employee relations, inductions, and supporting performance processes.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools, Excel, and reporting dashboards.
