Are you a seasoned human resources expert looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Human Resources Manager to join our team.

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead the HR function independently, driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. As a key member of our organization, you will work closely with senior management to identify talent needs and develop strategies to drive retention.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive HR plans aligned with our business objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition and Engagement: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Performance Management and Compliance: Lead performance management systems: appraisals, goal-setting, and feedback processes. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Employee Relations and Development: Oversee employee relations, address grievances, and foster a healthy work environment. Plan and execute employee engagement programs and team-building activities.
  • HR Operations and Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records, HR reports, and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of experience as an HR professional, preferably in events, media, or marketing industries.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and people management skills.
  • Based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate.
  • Comfortable working as an individual contributor with full ownership of HR responsibilities.
