Job Title: Talent Acquisition Strategist

The role of the Talent Acquisition Strategist involves overseeing and managing the end-to-end recruitment process across various functions and regions within the organization. This includes planning, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies for roles across functions (sales, claims, operations, underwriting, etc.)
  • Source top talent using job portals, social media, and employee referrals to maintain a strong talent pipeline
  • Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews in coordination with hiring managers to ensure timely hiring decisions
Workforce Planning:
  • Collaborate with business and HRBP teams to understand current and future talent needs to inform strategic workforce planning
  • Maintain a robust talent pipeline for high-turnover roles like front-line sales agents/advisors
Vendor & Agency Management:
  • Engage with and manage external recruitment vendors and consultants to optimize vendor performance
  • Track key performance metrics of vendors (CV quality, TAT, cost) to ensure value-for-money
Candidate Experience:
  • Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Create a positive and smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding to drive engagement and retention
  • Manage offer rollouts, documentation, and handover to HR operations for seamless onboarding
