Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

 

Role Overview:

As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will play a crucial role in hiring top technology and product talent. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, leveraging data-driven insights, and executing leadership hiring. This role requires deep expertise in recruitment analytics, hiring dashboards, and strategic talent acquisition within a high-growth environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for technology and product roles, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
  • Build and execute strategic hiring plans to attract top-tier talent in engineering, product management, and leadership functions.
  • Develop and manage recruitment dashboards and analytics to track key hiring metrics and drive continuous improvements.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand talent needs and build a proactive talent pipeline.
  • Leverage data-driven recruitment insights to optimize hiring processes and reduce time-to-hire.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) experience, ideally with corporate recruiting environment with full life cycle recruiting experience.
  • Excellent business partnering skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Partner with business leaders on their manpower plans and hiring strategies.
  • Create and maintain recruitment dashboard and regular reporting to stakeholders.
  • Advise hiring managers on talent availability, salary ranges, and market trends.
  • Set and deliver high customer service standards to both internal and external candidates.
  • Drive innovative resourcing solutions to attract the best talent.
  • Building and maintaining talent pipelines within a line of business through targeted candidate relationship interactions.
  • Managing candidate inquiries, candidate care, and facilitating employee processes involving candidates.
  • Consult on selection decisions and offers, frequently involving complex terms and conditions as well as providing strong consultation to management on recruiting and Human Resources policy.
  • Complete all process requirements, including dispositioning candidates, and ensuring compliance with all policy and regulatory requirements.
