We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Business Development and Talent Acquisition Specialist.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about business development, talent acquisition, and human resources.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the development of business growth strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and expansion.
- SOURCE AND ENGAGE WITH HIGH-QUALITY CANDIDATES THROUGH VARIOUS CHANNELS INCLUDING JOB PORTALS, SOCIAL MEDIA, AND PROFESSIONAL NETWORKING EVENTS.
- Draft and post professional job descriptions to attract top talent.
- Conduct resume screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Work with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop customized solutions to meet those needs.
- Learn and master HR tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM platforms.
- Coordinate with candidates, schedule interviews, and support onboarding processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development, talent acquisition, and human resources.
- Strong understanding of business operations and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
