We are seeking an experienced Aquisition Manager to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a unique blend of business acumen, analytical skills, and interpersonal expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Market Research & Opportunity Identification: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential acquisition targets within the specified industry or market segment.
- Analyze Market Trends: Assess market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory environments to inform acquisition strategies.
- Deal Sourcing & Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships with brokers, sellers, industry contacts, and other relevant stakeholders to source new opportunities.
- Financial Analysis & Valuation: Perform comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analyses for potential acquisitions, including discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable sales, and other relevant methodologies.
- Due Diligence Management: Lead and coordinate the due diligence process, working closely with internal teams (legal, finance, operations) and external advisors (attorneys, accountants, environmental consultants).
- Negotiation & Deal Closure: Develop and execute effective negotiation strategies to secure favorable terms and conditions for acquisitions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, or investment banking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
