Job Description

As a Senior Associate, you will partner with the Onsite Data Management Leadership team to implement a comprehensive data warehouse solution within our internal system.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and developing database solutions that improve efficiency over time, leveraging data design skills and business process understanding.

  • Develop and maintain the Analytics data warehouse and MDM, integrating data from various internal applications and data vendors.
  • Contribute to designing and developing technical solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Establish and track data accuracy, completeness, and consistency within the data warehouse & MDM system.
  • Utilize experience with standard analytical, reporting, and programming languages, including SQL, Alteryx, Informatica, Python, R, and Stored Procedure.

Deliver data sets, views, and automated reporting to stakeholders as needed. Document ETL & MDM processes used for the data warehouse, data flow, and data quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Professional work experience in Master Data Management, preferably with hands-on experience with Master Data Management platforms.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise-level Master Data Management concepts and technologies.
  • Awareness of MDM trends, data profiling, data modeling, and data analysis to support requirements.
  • High proficiency with SQL language and database management.
  • Familiarity with ETL, analytics, and visualization tools like Informatica, Alteryx, Power BI, Python, Excel, and Tableau.
