We are seeking a talented Human Resources Manager to fill a key role in developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with our organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy Development: Develop, implement and manage HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Collaborate with senior leadership to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Foster positive employee relations by promoting effective communication, conflict resolution, and a respectful work environment. Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the organization.
  • Performance Management and Development: Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans. Identify training and development needs, design and deliver training programs, and facilitate employee skill enhancement and career growth.
  • Compensation and Benefits Administration: Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs that are competitive, equitable, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Strong understanding of compensation and benefits administration.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and software for data management and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
